wallet by combination of tokens contained

Wondering if there is a way to create a tool that analyzes wallets available on etherscan by a combination of assets they hold. query results will be increasingly more accessible the higher the amount of tokens combined (i.e. reducing the amount of wallets with this specific combination). Appreciate any hints if there is a tool available that is able to do this already or if parsiq could possibly provide the necessary means to achieve this.
